My name is Stephen Hoeg and I have been in the telecommunications industry for over 23 years. I have worked for two (2) different banks for a total of 19 years and a telecommunications service company for three (3). I have found over the years that customer service and the desire to do a good job has been lacking in the industry. That is why I have started "The Phone Guy". The reason for the name is because when entering a location, the first words I would hear after introducing myself was " the phone guy is here". The reason for starting the company is to provide superior work and customer service at a competitive price.
