• Phone system and voicemail installation: We will sit down with you and go over your voice and voicemail needs and make recommendations. We will be with you throughout the process of ordering, installation, testing and turnover. We are not done until you, the customer, are completely satisfied with the system and that it works the way you want.
• Maintenance Agreement: When a system is installed there is a 1 year warranty on all equipment. We can but together a maintenance agreement for the first year to cover labor. This agreement guarantees labor cost, response time for critical calls and non-critical calls. After that first year we can but together a new agreement which will cover both labor and equipment.
• Voice and Data wiring: We can handle all your voice and data wiring needs. We will wire from one (1) location to one thousand (1000). We have experience with Cat.3 to Cat.6 cabling. We use Ortronics as our preferred jacks, patch panels, and other equipment. We also use if requested, Leviton, Hubbel, and many other products. We will use what the customer requests. We are a member of BICSI and follow their wiring standards. We also install home networks.
• Cable Installation: We can handle all your cable (coax) needs. We will cable both commercial and residential.
• DSL Installation: If you are having DSL installed and not sure if you can handle the setup or need some extra wiring we will be there for you. We can do this for both commercial and residential customers.
• Troubleshooting: If you are having problems with your phone system,voicemail or lines we will diagnose the problem and correct it for you. If the problem is with your service provider (ex. Verizon) we will work with them to correct the problem. If the problem is with your system, we will explain the problem to you and give you an estimate of the repair before we do any work. We will be there, for you, until the problem is corrected.
• Residential Systems Installed: We can install home systems with either Leviton or Hubbel equipment. We can wire your home for the following: home network, fax, internet, multi-line phones, security camera, coaxial cable and satellite video distribution, speaker and audio distribution. All wiring would be to a single cabinet which can be locked for security. We can wire for new construction and existing homes. Free estimates for both new construction and existing homes.
• MAC's of large systems (Avaya and Nortel): Many companies don't have a full time telecommunications technician. That is were The Phone Guy can help. We will come in and help with any moves, adds, or changes on your Avaya or Nortel system. We can come in and move one phone or as many as needed. We can have scheduled times were we come in or as needed. We will work with the customer to come up with the best solution. We are also available for large after hour moves.
•  Will work with your LEC (Verizon, One Communications, Granite Telecommunications etc,): We know how hard it can be to work with the phone company. We are available to help you in this process. We will call the phone company, place orders and track them for you. We can be on-site when they deliver the services to make sure they work before they leave. We can help you with new installs and existing locations. We can take care of this, so you can take care of other aspects of your business.
• Network Room cleanup: Does your network room or phone closet look like a disaster? We will come out and look at either one or both and give you a recommendation. When you cleanup your network room it can make it easier to troubleshoot problems with less downtime. Moves adds and changes can be a snap with a clean and organized network room. When you clean up your phone room all those old wires are cleaned up, phone lines will be labeled. Many times we find lines that aren't even being used and the customer is paying for them. As with the network room, by cleaning you can troubleshoot problems quicker with less downtime. Also the moves, adds and changes are quicker. Our coming out to look and give you a recommendation is a free service.
• Wire and Cable Removal: Are you in a building that has had 4 phone systems and 3 networks and all the old wiring is still in place? Having trouble lifting ceiling tiles because the old wiring is sitting on them? We will come in and remove all this cabling and remove it from your premises. The new electrical code for 2008 states you must remove the old cabling, it can not be abandoned, when a new voice or data system is installed.
• 24 HR Emergency Service: We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are always on call. Our customers with a service agreement have  priority if there is a major outage which effects a large area. We will still respond to customers that do not have a service agreements as quickly as possible. 
• Systems: Avaya, Lucent, Nortel, Norstar:  These are the systems we install and service for our customers. We have the ability to work on other systems. If you call and we are unable to service your system we will find another vendor with the experience to help you.
