The Phone Guy wired both a voice and data network for our office. He installed an Avaya Partner phone system which does everything we need. He has maintained the system and handled many changes for us. He helps us by dealing with the phone company when there are line problems which allows us to continue doing the work we need to do. We lose power at our location quite often and having our phones down means lost business. The Phone Guy put in a UPS for our system.  The technician Stephen W.Hoeg -The Phone Guy is the person we can depend on he understood our needs as a business and was able to address our concerns and make he available to assist us. We were down for several days waiting for Verizon to tie in phone lines and Stephen made contact with the right people and made it happen it is because of his concern for people and understanding our business urgency he made me feel I could depend on him and I did!
